To FTP your website and/or files to our server, use the following format in your FTP or web design software:

Virtual Domain Accounts:

Host: www.yourdomain.com
User ID: This can be found on your User Information Sheet we provided when you first signed up.
Password: This can be found on your User Information Sheet we provided when you first signed up.
Directory: public_html

Webmaster Accounts:

Host: ns.connext.net
User ID: This will be the same as your account's primary email box username.
Password: This will be the same as your account's primary email box password.
Directory: /disk2/people/yourname/public_html/
Note: "yourname" is substituted for your webmaster account address
Example:  www.connext.net/~yourname
